Journey through Europe

Hi. Sorry for my bad English, but I speak native maw's, second language is Croatian, and now I have to learn Flemmish too. 15th of april 2010 I started on a journey with two odd creatures (beleive they 're called 'human'). They promised me it would only take a few hours in a little (but comfy) travelbag in a big flying iron bird.
They lied.

And than the excuses came. 'Oh, it was a volcano! The plane couldn 't fly because of the ashes.'
So poor me, I had to wait all day in the airport filled with odd, noisy people. Luckilly the new mom and dad petted me all day.

But than the bad news: no planes were leaving any more! We had to go to an hotel! And you 'll never guess... I had to share my room with them!!! :-(
After all, it wasn 't that bad. I discoverd they like to play, so I entertained them. At night, they didn 't snore.
I did.

Next day, all planeflights were also canceled, so we took a train. First class to Milano because second class tickets were all sold out. I met two businessmen in the 4-person-coupé. Trainpeople served me water. And again... the new mom and dad petted me aaaaaaaall the way.

Milane wasn 't my cup of tea. I had to wait very long. Mom took care of me,
while dad was trying to fix some traintickets to Paris. But hundreds of people wanted those tickets, and when dad was halfway the waitingrow (after two hours ) he heared that all tickets for the next two days where allready sold out :-( But than destiny interfered. Twe very nice English people passed by. They had some spare tickets. And we even could stay in their hotel. Again, chared room, but that 's ok. The humans ate pizza with nice, big prawns.
I like prawns :-)

Next morning we left for a new international adventure. The train took us to Geneve, Swiss. There we had to wait for four hours, so mom and dad took me to an hotel where we all could play, eat, drink and pooh in a little bathroom. (Mom and dad didn 't do the pooh-thing, my toilet was too small)

In the station we encountered some very funny Japanese people with very big photocamera's. Suddenly all the big black glassy eyes were pointed at me. Click click click. They liked my spots, they said. Thank you, I like them too.

Than the train to Paris. Sometimes they call me sleepyhead. Maybe because I slept all the way.
In Paris the dad and brother of the new mom picked us up for a ride to Brussels. I didn 't like that. Cars are noisy. And I like Paris.
But after a couple of hours, I entered my new home. It became clear very soon, that it was also the home of the two humans. And... of a nice little cat named Irene with lot 's of hair. And an odd orange cat called Guust. But he just comes to visit us now and than.
I inspected all the toys. For now, they are ok. The humans are also ok. And I especially like Irene, because she 's nice and warm to sleep with.

Keep you posted,
David
